Saturday and Pinterest

So I know it's been a long time since I've posted a post on my blog. In the time since the last post, I've been busy with my classes and work at my job. Still miss my (well I still miss this guy I really really like) babe.

Anyways I want to post about what I tend to be up to and well right now I'm typing this on my phone, soaking my foot in a foot bath, and watching Harry Potter Marathon.
This week has been crazy busy since Hurricane Matthew came through Jacksonville (my house was way to far inland aka Southwest of Jacksonville, we didn't get any damages just power outage for a few hours) it caused classes cancellation and projects/exams date changes that everyone Just felt lost. Plus Thursday night after class I had to run to my other job because we had Waka Flocla performing. Last night (Friday night) was my usual work night, and today woke up feeling cramping  because it's beginning of my shark week.

Final Decision part 2 and an Mini Update

If you have read my last post on (Oh Decision Making This Major or That )
well I made my decision which would be either shocking for you or kind of knew this was coming.... I decided to be in the..... Art Major!!!!!!
I'm so excited yet little nervous because its a very huge change in my studies and how my life will become.
Oh an update with my job, I'm now a Sale Lead at my store aka the 4th Manager. I like my work just there's so much responsibility and can not skew it up, its retail so I have to multitask my manger duty, helping with clothes, keeping up with my associates, and helping costumers with whatever they need. If anyone ever in a job in their life I recommend working in either Restaurants and/or Retail, both teaches you about costumers services and same-time see how people act if your into people behavior especially when out in public. Trust me I had to deal with the worst now because I'm also Manger and if I'm the only one that's on duty (OMG) the its just insane. I rather be an associate that calls the manger over than being the manger dealing the dumb problems. LOL
Back to my new Art Major the classes I'll be taking this Fall Semester are: 2-D design and Art History 1, only taking two classes because of my manger hours at work (25-30hrs a week). I can't to purchase my Art History book and buy my art supplies for my 2-D design class, I wonder how its going to balance out with work, classes, and my own little social life. With my disability this is going to be an interesting challenge that I am go to go through, instead of textbooks and papers I am making Art. Its not difficult its just a huge change in "study habits"; I do know I'm going to be challenge with my creative imagination to make a piece of art work.
Now that I have everything set and ready, I have to create a Time-Managing schedule for myself in order to have time for my own social life because I want to have dinner and/or go out for drinks with friends as well be able to go to events like art show, music festival, concert, or a road trip to wherever. Lets not forget even down time for my self to refresh my mind and soul, especially if I ever get asked on a date by a guy, he'll like the fact I have my own life but I can make time for us to go on a date or even stay in for the night. Well that's if I was dating, I'm still single (unless otherwise because that's a whole other confusion I don't understand about this guy lol).
Meantime now I'm just trying to work,  get with friends when we can, and trying to relax my mind because in the 24th of Aug, is my First day back to school after not being in school for 8months.
also figuring out about myself, trying to understand the meaning of music I listen too, trying to make  little time to read the favorite classics. I'll be 24yrs old soon (in Dec 23rd) and I want to make sure I at least have this far of my together, be mature and still enjoy the fun.

Update: I had a very long Spring Break

Oh my goodness, its been to long since I wrote anything in this blog of mine. Well, I'm back *haha*
I have been extremely hustling and resting this Spring, you might be wondering, are you taking any classes? This semester (Spring Term) I was allowed to take any classes. What? Really? How?
Well I ended up getting suspended for this Spring semester because of my failing attempts that domino from when I transferred to the University last Spring till just this past Fall. I pasted a few of my classes however the main reason was my 1st Core class out the four I would need for my Bachelor program in Sociology, I couldn't past the class even on my second attempt.

I could blame the fact that I wasn't getting the help I requested due to the fact I have a learning disability, as well as my professor has an ego that we should be up to his standard of a college student. Another reason could be I was pushing myself hard enough however I didn't feel passionate to push myself to go outside the box of understanding/studying for my classes. I had that feeling "why am I do this, if I love something I would be making myself go crazy to understand and push my limits to show that I could this and the benefits of getting a grade.

Further more of the reason, I might of been to into the social environment, I before during my last summer for my A.A. classes, I made friend who enjoyed going to the nightlife. The different between her and I, She been the social party girl and knows how to balance that, work, and school; Me on the other hand, I never club nor gone to the bars before (I've only gone to club back in my freshmen year at my very old college but maybe 6 times of that year just to dance after an exam/birthday). I never gone to the local clubs here in the city or to the bars since I finally turned 21 at the time. Since the couple of times I gone out with her after the semester and especially during her birthday night (never drank a lot before also learned to never mix drink), We are still good friends till this day and I'm not blaming her for anything at all, I thank her though for introducing me to the city socialize people from Big Djs, model, owners, etc.. talk about social networking.
Since I transferred to UNF while she was still finishing getting her A.A I met a few people from the club and school, been going almost every club night or Bar night (no drinking) to keep the social. OMG, I got caught to being really social it insane, now I trying to make it a strict rule for myself: only go to the club when its a Birthday, GNO, or Performance; Bars on some weekends with friends that way we all can go when we all have a night/weekend off. Being 23 now, I not going to lie but I got to experience the 18 or 21 year life I couldn't get to enjoy. Not going to lie I learned a lot about socializing with people it was like a social experiment.

The last reason, I started working as well right when I transferred to UNF, I work at the bookstore on campus and later on promoter for the club just to get extra cash. I never had to work when I was getting my A.A. degree so I had time to focus in my classes. However, the classes I was taking were to difficult to study ( I have a very poor study habit since I left high school). The same time this is my first actual job, I had work before and got my paycheck but all I done was set up and take down, and keep score for the intermural sports at Stetson. Here at the bookstore, I never thought I could work casher, retail, online orders, as well textbooks all in one. Since I have been working I notice that it took time from my studies, plus the fact both school and work are a 1 hour commute from my house. Now that I am not taking a semester of classes I just work however, they cut hours so I only work 2days a week which is ridicules for a 1hr commute.

The suspension didn't go the way I thought, I had to fill out an appeal to get back in the program as well back to UNF, they denied me from the Sociology. :(

I already talk to a Career Counselor to help figure out a major that would be best for me. She was Amazing, I believe I mention all about this experiences in my last blog post. Anyways, she suggested Art Major, she took art as a major and her husband was in the same boat too, it was nice that someone who not only been on the same boat o what to major in but the fact her husband had a similar struggle with his major before changing to Art. She believe I could express more and why not have a major where all you do is color, draw, paint, and play around with ceramic. Well because I got denied from Sociology, my new Sociology felt bad and she wants be to have great college experience and finish happy and prove myself to a successful life, she knew I talked to the counselor about art she wanted me to Appeal back in for Art in the mean time I already met the Art Advisor and He believe this would be amazing for me, he helped me every way to make sure I get in.

I was told by my Career Counselor, I should go to the Career Fair to get a good experience in a Job opportunity, turned out the first only job that was really excited to want me was Aeropostale, I was shocked, and have also of thinking to do because I would have to leave my bookstore job for them. Same time I was concern about the appeal, so I had a back up plan, as always in order to hustle in my Life. I went to my college where I got my A.A. degree, to apply for the Management Bachelor degree. I still have more paperwork to turn in since I still live at home with my mom (talk about great benefits though).

Well I sent my Appeal and He email me back 2days later to say he was excited to tell me that I got accepted for the Art program. The great thing about taking art was I took drawing 1 class already for my A.A. elective class and I had so much fun and got a B+, I never thought m drawings would be graded that high. I am really nervous about this change in my life and having to realize that I'm 23 years old abut to become more adult to life.

• Got a job offer for Aeropostale
• Having Great close friends to be with and all are pressuring to reach for their career. No matter if they are married, far or near, they are the best supporters.

For now I'm still hustling everything before I have to let go of a lot of things and take dive in to the deep end. Goodbye 3ft deep pool, Hello 8ft deep pool. *Haha*

If not you should make one. People say Tumblr is stupid and its has to much nude, drugs, etc...
well it all depends on who you follow. plus some bloggers don't use Blog Spot they use Tumblr has their blog site. For me I use it to express a bit of my self by reblog images and words, but sometimes I use it to share random thoughts, tweets, very deep personal moments of my life or just personal thoughts, instagram pictures, random pictures I think are funny and/or very expressive.

I personal love Tumblr because I get to interact with random strangers and later become Tumblr friends and I also get to know more about their life by just scrolling through their blog. Most times you will be amazed by how random a stranger may be form you hometown or another student for your school. I got to message people from the two university I was applied to even though I already chosen one already but I still got to know them and found out their were also majoring in my major of interest, some were just other student from those campuses. Also There are other bloggers that are willing to answer your personal or random questions. I asked two different bloggers that do their on zodiac and I asked them for some advice based on my signs and others, kind of like a psychologist (their really are helpful, especially from a random outsider view). Another blogger I asked for some advice does fitness and diet, she lost so much weight and she was helpful when I asked her about her weight loss and how would my body change from clothes size to clothes size. (that's my issue). Most times I get random people asking me questions about my blog or about me (sometimes its a bit much).

Last thing I love about Tumblr is I also promote/advertise (freely) my friends site, blog, and/or even events. That way anyone going or interested in wanting know about who they are could check them out. few times I would see who else is going to any event I'm going to hopeful meet them and we could be come friends.
I done it for my close friend boyfriend and his friends/crew of their gig like when and where their performing (Mostly at Techno/House/Electronic Music Festivals). That way whoever is going to any of the festivals their preforming at could check them out.
I would also mention bands or other people/friends I have a good interaction with and share to everyone. Don't worry I will share them on here too.
I mention I was going to an event like EDC Orlando and I got to meet people that I have interacted with and we hung out.

Celebrity look a like

 I didn't realize till I was listening to Lorde (Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor) who most hit song is Royals, that I looked like her.

I did a heat oil treatment to my hair yesterday evening cause it need some treatment for the damage and winter makes my hair dry. after the treatment I would let it air dry and let my natural wave/curls be. I normally don't like my hair like this since its humid here in Florida so its to much to keep control of my waves/curls. Unless I go to an event where my hair is curled by curler.

I like to define my eyebrows a bit during the fall and winter to give that seasonally look. plus its wont sweat off in the heat.

Im just wearing the usual:

 tinted moisturizer( depending on my skin or if I have something to do which today I have a meeting.)
upper lid waterline with the eyeliner pencil,

mascara upper lashes,

define my eyebrows (season),

and because I have to go to a meeting I add a hint of gold light shimmer and brown matte eye shadows.

My Tumblr is Blooming

I never thought how much fun and addicting Tumblr is.
I was alittle self cautious about what I post, reblob, or say on it thinking people would judge me but its nothing like Facebook or Instagram you can post whatever with judgment free.

I love it I can say, post, and/or reblog whatever I like and if someone else likes it they would do the same, if not then can scroll by.

I have so many follows than I started out with I guess the more things you post about your thoughts or visions people would like it. if you just reblog its get boring thou interesting at the same time.

Its for serving drinks from water to Gatorade to alcohol.

To volunteer the age has to be 21yrs old and above.

we get go in for free and to watch the concert.

New Begining Update, Vlog!

25 Facts About Me

1.       I use to think I was Half Cat because my mom LOVES Cats, so I would pretend to be a cat myself. For example:  I would meow, lick milk out of the bowl, do “cat gymnastics”,  take cat naps (sleep in class) at school ( I never got caught), and find small places to hind when playing hiding go seek. 

2.       I love the beach so much I wish I could live closer than I do now. I love everything of the beach from sunrise/sunset, the sound of the waves, the feeling of the sands between my toes, how much fun you can have and get in shape, and getting tan (which I need to get Tan pronto).

3.       When I feel comfortable around you, you will probably think I am a complete weirdo. Being Weird is okay, right?

4.       I can appear quite shy and less talkative when I first meet people, but very quickly warm up and quite a talker.

5.       I am a really picky eater and stick to what I know and love. However, willing to try something new.

6.       I have a condition that affects my eating meaning I seriously have to watch what I eat.

7.       I used to do Swimming (4yrs), Pole vaulting (1yr), Weight Lifting (1yr), Power Puff football (2yrs), and Show choir(1yr) in High school.

8.        I was in chorus since kindergarten till my senior of high school.

9.       I danced(ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, ponite) since kindergarten till my freshmen year of high school.

10.   I used take karate since I was in 3^rd grade till my freshmen year of high school. (I got my 4^th degree black belt, I even taught class for training). Btw I’m not a fighter. ;)

11.   I’ve been in Girl Scouts since kindergarten till my senior year of high school. I got my Gold Award, and became a lifetime member. I was thinking about being a leader/assistant leader someday.

12.   The smell of pickles makes me gag/want to throw up and don't even get me started on what they taste like... plus don’t you ever kiss/make out with me after you ate a pickle. Pickle breathes are as worse too…

13.   I sing all the time when I'm alone but would never properly sing in front of anyone. I might sound like a drunk singer on karaoke night. lol

14.   I sometime cry myself to sleep

15.   I feel like my past is haunting me like a nightmare.

17.   I like to read books even though it’s a struggle with my dyslexia but I use to go to the library for hours reading books. I dreamed since I was little that I’m going to have my own huge bookshelves of books in my house. Like in beast castle in Beauty and the Beast.

18.   My favorite dark stories are written by no other then Edgar Allan Poe. My favorite story is The Tell Tale Heart.

19.   I use to be scared of “scary” movies.  Now when I watch them I tell myself its not real (even the ones subtitle saying "based on a true story").  thou I still get jumpy/scaried when I'm home alone or driving alone at night.

20.   My favorite Color is Blue (teal), 2^nd favorite shocking its Pink(coral).

21.   I love ice creams, sherbets, and frozen yogurts.

22.   Have not seen any of Nicholas Sparks movies nor read the books. To me their all the same teary sad stories of love and death.

23.   I would love to travel the World (especially with someone special ;) )

24.    I use to bake Cake (from the box) all the time since I was 6yrs old till I left for college.

     Hey Yall. Im back again, sorry  for MIA for awhile. I finally now have time to mention something realy cool that I notcie not only myself is in  to this more, but other people a comminting themsleves for this. The 5k runs, and other running marathons events. I only been in one 5k run event called the Jingle Bell Run and it was so much fun plus I ran nonstop for 3.2miles (5k) for the first time. I never like running, and I was in gym and pole vaulting but we had to do a lot of running. This was the first time I ran nonstop. Another bonus about running it not only helps you lose weight but you feel good about running with people who run for the a cause. If you wonder about how to prep your self to run; what music to litsen; where and how can I find running events. These running events are for  Causes or Charity in local or nation or even world wide. Ways to find running events.

Ways to have fun:

• go with freidns and make up a team name, can make tshirts or match, or whatever.
• sorority or frat if your in one
• family ( for the jingle bell run, i saw a family the dad was santa the mom was mrs. clause and their daughters were raindeers and sons were elfs.)
• check before you go if you could bring your dog. (the color run no dogs)
• i know alot people/students who are runners for/in sports and the run these event just like a warmup or for fun.
• you could also check you timing if you want to know how you did.
• besure to have an extra person you not running to drive back cause you going to be sore if you haven't ran for a while.
• its a great place to meet new freinds/people. yiu never know you lover could be running next to you.

Get up and Dance.

Omg! I Love club music aka house/techno music mix. I have been listtening to them from my laptop from GrooveShark. under Got Dirty Dance and etc.. .  It so much fun. i remember back when i was in Deland for school as a freshmen i would got out 1 every other week execpt on the weekend for spring break us the BEST TIME of My LIFE. I love going to a club like the one in Deland near my school its all college students, a few 30 year olds, and it was fun. before the club was open everyone had to go out of town to Daytona beach or Orlando to club. the i went to was right off the beach and was surround by other clubs. it was fun, but way to packed, cost to get keeps changing, and way to many creepers.
I can say i did met a few friends there and were cool. i still miss the one near my ex colllege in deland that was so much fun cuase you get to dance people around your age group. when I was there dancing i was really into it not as much has snooki but like like the jersey shore just random dancing on the floor. also there was a pole in the middle and i remember before everyone came in and after everyone started leaving a few of my friends would show off our "inner pole dancing skills" even some of my guy friends did a few around the pole dance just to be "smexy". i really love clubing not just like what most people sterotype it has crazy but i like to go to hang w/ friends, dance our booty off, meet some new friends, and maybe mingle with some guys. (btw i dont go home with them like in jersey shore.) I just cant wait to go back out to clubing with freinds going with friends is the most recommened if you go alone well wish you the best luck cause you'll get bored or wish you had some back up.

I do know that i really want to go to Vegas, LA, Miami, NJ,NYC,Orlando, Brazil,London and ATL to go Clubing how fun right?

i also found and i dont know about yall but i saw on MTV music video a house/techno music video based at different location and its like a concert/club and the music is by Famous DJs. I so want to go there i dont care where. i think they might have one down in Miami. if anyone know what i am talking Please please let me.  well that all for today. se yall next time
